What to expect:

9:45 – Arrival 

Refreshments – grab a cuppa

Set up your space in the retreat room.

10:00 – Introduction to using Crystals 

Open space

Mindfulness meditation

Choosing your crystals

Using crystals in everyday life

Looking after your crystals

(We will start the silence around 10:30 to 10:45 am)

11am – Session Two – Silent Retreat 

Using crystals for self love

Programming your crystal

Setting intentions / journaling

12pm A mindful Lunch – Quiet time

You may stay in the retreat room for relaxation, or spend some mindful/silent time in the beautiful garden or shared lunch area).

(Bring your own lunch. Refreshments will be provided)

12:30 – Session Five – Spiritual Guidance 

Connecting with your crystal

13:00 – Self Love Circle 

Breaking silence

Sharing, listening, holding space (the art of listening)

Venue:

Elephant Rooms. South St. Draycott. Derby. DE72 3PP (Street parking available)

The session takes place upstairs in the yoga studio accessible by stairs only.

What to bring 

• Please bring indoor slippers or socks as we are unable to wear shoes in the studio.
• Please bring a journal/paper and pen.

You will be seated or lying on yoga mats during the retreat.

• Cushions and blankets will be provided but you are welcome to bring additional blankets/cushions for extra cosiness and comfort.

Chairs can be provided too.

• Please bring a packed lunch.

There is a kitchen with plenty of options of tea, coffee and herbal teas. There is also a fridge if you wish to use it to keep your lunch in

• Please bring any crystals of your own choice if you would like to (crystals will be provided too) – also you can buy crystals from our shop!
